Mr. Mills is the founder and Principal of Architectural Concepts. Profile Since the company's inception, Mr. Mills has guided, developed and shaped Architectural Concepts into a nationally recognized professional design firm. In his project role as Principal-In-Charge, Kevin's primary responsibility is programming, space planning, conceptual design guidance, overall project coordination/ management, and quality assurance. In over 23 years as a professional architect, Mr. Mills brings his own diverse project experiences to the firm, these ranging from multi-level office towers, retail stores, and shopping centers to custom designed residences and tenant build-out spaces. This expertise, in conjunction with Kevin's own personal interest, has evolved the firm into the specialized design of bowling centers, recreation facilities, and family entertainment complexes. These projects vary from new construction to the renovation and expansion of existing facilities. Under Mr. Mills' leadership, Architectural Concepts has received numerous design awards and recognition, becoming a nationally recognized expert within the industry. Mr. Mills' reputation and ability has garnered him multiple speaking engagements throughout the country. His expertise is acknowledged as he is continually asked to provide articles which have been widely published. He possess an excellent understanding of the owner's concerns, and can provide guidance with areas such as maintenance, control, functional efficiency, staffing, and revenue generation. Kevin is deeply committed to improving the image of the entertainment industry.
