ROSS COTTOM LANES is a 16-lane center built in 1970. The main design focused was to transform the existing bowl into a completely redesigned Family Entertainment Center with a 5,000 SF addition. The venues for the facility included a new arcade, 4 lanes of small ball w/ party rooms, and a 1,000 sf lounge named in honor of the owner's brother nicknamed "Rooster's". The remaining spaces were fully remodeled and reorganized, including the reception counter, snack bar, and concourse. The architecture takes on a dramatic feel, with strong forms & curves directing the flow through the spaces and defining the different venues of the facility.
